Yasmin and Shaiyanne Dar immigrated to the USA when they were just three- and one-year olds. They were raised speaking English with snippets of “foreign words” because their parents spoke different languages (Mom is from the Philippines and Dad is from Pakistan). Now they are on a mission to facilitate kids learning of their heritage languages through their series of charming books “Something Smells”. The two sisters are working mompreneurs (Yasmin is a mom of four and Shaiyanne is a mom of two). They want kids of all ages to touch the sky as they sprinkle linguistic magic into their world.
